We’re partnered with a leading infrastructure contractor in Miami, known for delivering large-scale FDOT projects. With a strong and healthy project pipeline, they’re looking for a hands-on Controller to oversee accounting operations and strengthen financial controls.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage WIP schedules, AIA billings, and job costing
• Oversee month-end close, reporting, and forecasting
• Partner with project teams to ensure accurate financial performance tracking
• Lead process improvements and support continued growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Controller/Accounting leadership experience in construction (infrastructure or heavy civil preferred)
• Strong background in WIP, % completion accounting, and AIA billing
• Proven ability to manage job cost reporting and project financials
• Experience working with large-scale projects (DOT/public works a plus)
