What You’ll Do
- Lead project cost controls: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and managing multi-hundred-million-dollar budgets.
- Support and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and critical paths are met.
- Collaborate closely with project leadership, field teams, and cross-functional departments to track progress and manage risks.
- Provide strategic insights through cost and schedule analysis, helping guide project decisions and prevent delays.
- Prepare reports and updates for leadership and clients, clearly communicating project status, risks, and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of construction experience, with hands-on experience on large-scale, mission-critical environments.
- Strong experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial oversight.
- Comfortable managing or assisting on budgets around $500M.
- Thrives in a long-term, career-focused role with opportunities for mentorship and advancement.
- Excited to work on a billion-dollar, technically complex program and see the project through all phases.
