What You’ll Do

• Lead project cost controls: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and managing multi-hundred-million-dollar budgets.
• Support and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and critical paths are met.
• Collaborate closely with project leadership, field teams, and cross-functional departments to track progress and manage risks.
• Provide strategic insights through cost and schedule analysis, helping guide project decisions and prevent delays.
• Prepare reports and updates for leadership and clients, clearly communicating project status, risks, and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of construction experience, with hands-on experience on large-scale, mission-critical environments. 
• Strong experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial oversight.
• Comfortable managing or assisting on budgets around $500M.
• Thrives in a long-term, career-focused role with opportunities for mentorship and advancement.
