I'm a Danish recruitment consultant, originally from Copenhagen and now based in Koda Staff’s London office. I started my career in sales, but over time I found myself more interested in the people side of the business - which led me into recruitment.

 

 

Today, I specialise in tech profiles, with as strong focus on software development. I’m particularly motivated by understanding what both companies and candidates are really looking for and helping to create matches that make sense for the long term.
