Many organisations are investing heavily in AI tools, but very few succeed in turning them into real productivity gains for employees. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for an AI Transformation Manager (AI Coach) who can help teams identify valuable AI opportunities, adopt tools like Copilot, and turn AI ideas into practical improvements in the way people work.

This role sits right at the intersection of AI, business transformation, and coaching. You’ll work closely with business teams to spot opportunities, guide experimentation, and make sure AI solutions actually get used.

What You’ll Be Doing

Spot Where AI Can Make a Difference

You’ll work with teams to identify processes that could be improved with AI.

• Explore current workflows to uncover automation and AI opportunities

• Help prioritise high-impact AI use cases

• Support teams in building proof of concepts and pilots

• Ensure initiatives align with business priorities and governance

Help Teams Actually Use AI

A big part of the role is making sure AI tools become part of everyday work.

• Support employees using AI tools like Copilot and other GenAI solutions

• Help teams integrate AI into daily workflows

• Create prompt libraries, guides, and practical examples

• Act as the link between business teams and central AI experts

Coach, Train and Inspire

You’ll help people feel confident using AI.

• Run interactive workshops and training sessions

• Show teams practical ways AI can improve their work

• Share success stories and best practices

• Help build a culture where people experiment with AI

What You Bring

• Around 6+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI adoption, consulting, or analytics

• A strong understanding of AI and Generative AI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models)

• The ability to explain AI in simple, practical terms

• Experience running workshops, training sessions, or stakeholder engagements

• A natural ability to connect with people and guide change
