• Stepping in when things get messy, unclear, or blocked

• Reviewing designs or code when it helps move things forward

• Keeping architecture practical, focused, and useful

Your work will directly affect how fast teams can deliver and how reliable the platform is.

What helps you succeed here?

You do not need to be perfect, but you will feel at home if you:

• Have led architecture in distributed, high-scale systems before

• Are comfortable getting hands-on with .NET, Python, Node.js, and React

• Have experience with event-driven systems like RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Kafka

• Care about developer experience, testing, and automation

• Can explain complex ideas in a clear, down-to-earth way

• Have worked with enterprise architecture tools such as Ardoq
