I joined Koda in 2026 as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in placing IT Infrastructure professionals across Belgium.

I graduated from university and have built a strong foundation in people-focused work and relationship management. In my role within recruitment, I work closely with both clients and candidates across the IT infrastructure market, supporting them through the hiring process. I take a relationship lead approach, with a focus on understanding individual requirements and delivering a professional and transparent recruitment experience.
