Originally focused on advanced form building, the platform has evolved into a full end-to-end case management system, integrating:

• Intelligent data collection
• Document validation
• Multi-channel communication (email, SMS)
• Workflow automation powered by AI

Today, the platform supports large enterprise clients, particularly in the insurance space, automating high-volume processes (e.g. claims handling at scale).

The business is profitable, growing rapidly, and entering a new phase of expansion following an upcoming funding round.

The Opportunity
This is a high-impact senior engineering role in a lean, highly technical team where leadership remains hands-on.

You’ll work on:

• Real-world AI applications (not just experimentation)
• Building and scaling production-grade systems used by enterprise clients

Tech Environment

• Backend: Node.js
• Frontend: Vue.js
• Language: JavaScript / TypeScript (moving fully to TS)
• Infrastructure: AWS (via Heroku), PostgreSQL
• AI: LLM orchestration (practical application, not model development)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and build scalable full-stack features end-to-end
• Work closely with leadership on product and technical decisions
• Leverage AI tools (e.g. Cursor, LLMs) to accelerate development
• Ensure high standards of reliability, security, and performance
• Review, challenge, and improve AI-generated code and outputs
• Ship production features on a weekly basis

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer
• Proven background with:
  • Node.js (backend)
  • Modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js preferred)
• Experience building production-grade systems
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong understanding of:
  • System design
  • Code quality & maintainability
  • Security & scalability

Important
This is not a junior or mid-level role.

You must be able to:

• Work autonomously
• Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
• Avoid introducing risks in a fast-moving environment

AI Mindset
You don’t need to build AI models, but you should:

• Be comfortable using AI tools in development
• Understand their limitations
• Use them effectively without compromising quality

Language Requirements

• English (required)
• French or Dutch (nice to have, not essential)
