Koda Staff successfully delivered a retained recruitment project to help Danske Bank expand their software development teams.
The project focused on hiring 30 specialist software developers within a tight timeframe. Using a structured delivery approach and Koda’s strong Nordic talent network, all roles were filled within three months.
After the success of this project, Danske Bank asked Koda to support the growth of its “Reduced Legacy” department. This team focuses on reducing and replacing the bank’s older technology systems.
Due to the speed and quality of delivery, Koda was retained again to fill an additional 10 specialist roles within a short timeframe.
