The construction leadership team is being built now, meaning the person who steps into this role will have genuine influence over how the organisation delivers, not just inheriting a playbook someone else wrote.

What you will be doing

You will be the single point of accountability for the delivery of a major data center build, taking full ownership from the earliest stages of planning all the way through to handover. This means being across the detail as well as the strategy: managing the relationship with the prime contractor, driving cost and schedule discipline, overseeing commissioning, and making sure quality is never compromised.

You will also help shape the way the wider team operates, contributing to delivery standards, process improvements, and building out a small internal team beneath you. If you are looking for a seat where you can make a real mark, this is it.

What we are looking for

• A proven track record delivering large-scale, complex construction projects - data center, mission-critical, or heavy industrial - with full end-to-end ownership
• 16+ years of relevant construction experience, ideally with exposure to high-density MEP environments and multi-hundred-megawatt builds
• Confident managing prime contractors, negotiating under AIA contract structures, and owning change order processes from start to finish
• Someone who is equally comfortable in a boardroom and on a construction site, this role demands both
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to build, motivate, and develop a team around you
• Hands-on with construction management platforms such as Procore, P6, or MS Project

Package & location
