A growing construction team is seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager with experience in commercial and/or multifamily ground-up construction.

You’ll work directly alongside a highly experienced VP of Construction with deep roots in the Miami market, gaining exposure, visibility, and the chance to step into a more independent leadership role over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting project delivery across scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and coordination

• Working closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants

• Using Procore and Excel to track progress, costs, and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial and/or multifamily construction (ground-up preferred)

• Strong working knowledge of Procore and Excel

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required

• Comfortable working both in-office and on-site
