Are you an MEP Manager looking to lead complex, large-scale data center projects and grow into senior program leadership?
 

Join a leading general contractor delivering a 10-year hyperscale data center program for a global client, offering long-term stability, technical depth, and clear progression.
 

In this role, you’ll oversee MEP planning, coordination, and execution across multi-hundred-million-dollar mission-critical builds. You’ll work closely with Superintendents, PMs, design teams, and trade partners to ensure systems are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
 

As the program grows, you’ll expand your scope, lead multiple projects, mentor teams, and naturally progress into broader leadership responsibilities.

What you bring to the table:

• 7+ years of experience delivering mission-critical or data center projects

• Proven experience as an MEP Manager or Senior MEP Lead on large-scale builds

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and commissioning processes

• Experience coordinating design, construction, and trade partners

• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, QA/QC, and risk management

• Solid working knowledge of OSHA and applicable building and safety codes
