Contract: Permanent

Team: Product Engineering
Koda Staff is working exclusively with GAMING1 to hire a Frontend Engineer to join its Product Engineering organisation.
This role sits within small, autonomous product teams operating in a high-traffic, regulated environment where engineering decisions directly impact customer trust, conversion, time-to-market, and long-term engagement.
Frontend is the primary expertise — but teams are intentionally product-oriented and cross-functional. Success comes from shared ownership and accountability rather than strict role silos.

As a Frontend Engineer, you will design, build, and evolve user-centric solutions that solve real customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes.
You will operate in a culture built around:
-
Autonomy within clear guardrails
-
Short feedback loops and experimentation
-
Continuous improvement of code, tooling, and ways of working
-
Outcome focus rather than output focus
Your scope and influence will grow based on your impact and career level, not just your job title.
Your Mission
-
Own frontend solutions across their full lifecycle
-
Translate product goals into intuitive, performant user experiences

-
Product- and user-minded approach
-
Comfortable in small, autonomous, cross-functional teams
