With over 20 years experience within recruitment, working in both sales and leadership functions, I have acquired an in-depth understanding of both permanent and contract recruitment across both Europe and the USA in a variety of sectors. 

In 2016 I co-founded Koda Staff, alongside Elliot Rivett and John De Filippo, with the aim of creating a bet-in-class recruitment partner with a global reach. Since then we have grown the business to a £25 million turnover, with 32 heads based in London and Miami.
