As part of the continued scaling of their data center and AI infrastructure platform, Hut 8 identified the need for a businesscritical
Director of Preconstruction role. The brief was tough - highly specific, and one that kept sharpening as the team gained
clarity on the experience, leadership capabilities, and technical background the role really demanded.
Terms were agreed and an initial briefing call complete within three days of each other, aligning us with the critical hiring
priorities, the challenges the successful hire would inherit, the pain points in the existing structure, and what ‘good’ looked like
