This market research highlighted the limitations of focusing solely on one location, so we advised them to broaden their search across the U.S. In addition, we identified the strategic benefit of adding a founding Sales Engineer, a role that would provide essential technical expertise and complement the sales function. These insights allowed Token Security to refine their hiring strategy and set the foundation for a well-rounded commercial team.
