A new chapter for Koda Staff

A new chapter for Koda Staff

For nearly 10 years, Koda Staff has built specialist recruitment teams across Europe and the US, creating trusted networks, deep market expertise, and long-term partnerships across the industries we serve.

What began as a technology-focused recruitment business has now grown into a wider group of specialist brands, supporting multiple markets across technology, go-to-market, and construction.

As the business has evolved, so has the need for clearer specialist positioning across each part of the group.

That’s why we’re proud to launch the new Koda Staff brand and website - our employer brand and home to our specialist businesses under one connected group, creating a clearer experience for clients, candidates, and future employees alike.

Under the Koda Staff umbrella, Koda Tech and Koda GTM now operate with clearer specialist identities, giving clients and candidates direct access to the teams, expertise, and markets most relevant to them.

At the same time, Konstruct launches as its own standalone brand, built exclusively for construction and development within the mission-critical sector across the United States, while remaining part of the wider Koda group.

This new structure gives each business the space to strengthen its own market presence, while maintaining the culture that sits at the heart of Koda Staff.

The founders and directors, Elliot Rivett, John De Filippo and Nick Evans sit at the centre of this change.

Speaking on the launch, Elliot Rivett shared:

“When we founded Koda Staff nearly 10 years ago, it was just the three of us focused on a highly specialised technology market. We built the business by building relationships and doing things properly from day one.

Over the years, the business has grown and we’ve expanded into new markets and new countries, but our foundation has always stayed the same.

Our new brand structure reflects that growth. It gives each part of the business the space to operate with clearer specialist identities, while Koda Staff remains the centre of it all as our employer brand and the home of our people.”

John De Filippo added:

“We’re not changing who we are, we’re creating clearer specialist identities for the markets we already know inside out. Koda Tech and Koda GTM now have stronger homes for their expertise, while Konstruct has the space to build its own standalone presence in the construction and development market.

Our people and the way we work is all staying the same, we’re simply making it easier for clients and candidates to understand exactly where we add value.”

Finally, Nick Evans said:

“Our new websites and brand structure give us a much stronger platform for future growth. It allows every part of the business to be more focused in its market, while still benefiting from the shared support and culture that sit behind Koda Staff.

It creates a better experience for clients, candidates, and future employees, and it gives us a stronger foundation for where we’re going next.”
