For nearly 10 years, Koda Staff has established itself as a specialist recruitment business across Europe and the United States. As the business has grown, so has our presence within Go-To-Market recruitment in the cybersecurity space, where we’ve built a strong GTM network across the US.

Led by Luke Hambilton and Tom Wilson, the team have created an established sector of the business built on a clear understanding of what high-growth cybersecurity teams need from their GTM talent.

As each part of the business continues to grow, so has the need for clearer specialist identities.

That’s why we’re proud to introduce Koda GTM - a specialist GTM recruitment brand across the Cybersecurity industry in the United States.

Koda GTM brings together the same consultants and market knowledge our network already knows and trusts, now with a platform that better reflects the depth of our specialism.

We’re also delighted to announce the launch of the new Koda GTM website, created to give our clients and candidates a simpler way to explore the specialist markets we cover, and access the opportunities and talent solutions they need - all in one place.

 

Speaking on the Launch, Luke Hambilton stated:

“Our GTM division has grown into an established and trusted part of the business, built on strong relationships and a clear understanding of what scaling clients need from commercial talent. We are true specialists in this space, and our market knowledge is what sets us apart.

Launching Koda GTM means our brand now reflects who we are and what we do. It gives our clients and candidates a clearer place to find us and understand the depth of our expertise.

Since joining Koda, we’ve built the network, the knowledge, and now we have the brand that matches what we’ve spent the past few years creating. That’s why now feels like the right time to do this.”

 

Tom Wilson added:
