Introducing: Koda Tech

After Koda Staff was formed nearly 10 years ago, we’ve grown from a dedicated technology recruitment specialists into a much broader business supporting multiple markets and industries across Europe and the US. As a result of our growth over time, we’ve developed the need for clearer specialist identities within the business.

That’s why we’re proud to introduce Koda Tech - an evolved brand name for the specialist technology recruitment business we've been for the last ten years.

Koda Tech sits alongside Koda GTM under the Koda Staff umbrella, with Koda Staff acting as the overarching employer brand across the group. Koda Tech brings together the same expertise, consultants, and market knowledge our network already knows and trusts, now with a platform that better reflects the depth of our specialism and the way we already operate.

We’re delighted to announce the launch of the new Koda Tech website, created to give our clients and candidates a simpler way to find the right consultants, explore the markets we cover, and access the opportunities and talent solutions they need - all in one place.

 

At the centre of this change are our technology team leaders: Jack Kingston, Svend Ottesen, and Bradley Woolsey.

Speaking on the launch, Jack, who leads our Belgium and Netherlands technology markets, shared:

“We already have a solid brand, Koda has been around for coming up to a decade, but having a clearly defined technology recruitment brand will certainly benefit our clients; I feel more confident having a website that is solely focused on tech recruitment. We’re doubling down on building quality relationships and having a stronger presence allows us to do this.”

 

Bradley, a Team Leader across our Belgium technology markets, added:

“Everything we offer our clients is staying the same – the way we work, transparency, fast payments, technical expertise, expert consultants and our genuine passion for what we do. The brand has matured a lot so we’re allowing ourselves to grow. We first started as a technology recruitment company specialising in software development recruitment, fast forward nearly ten years to what we have become now. Today, we’ve grown into an established brand in Europe supporting clients of all sizes with a much wider range of technology specialisms. That’s why this is the right time to do this!”

 

Finally, Svend, who leads our Scandinavia technology market, said:

“Koda Tech gives us a clearer identity and allows us to showcase ourselves much better - the jobs, the markets we cover, and our specialisms are much clearer. We’re working across more markets than ever before, and our teams are growing too, so this feels like the right step. Most importantly, we still have the same strong relationships and the same attitude that makes Koda what it is.”
