This is a senior, autonomous architecture role focused on customer acquisition, engagement, communication, and interaction platforms — bridging business strategy, digital experience, and technical execution.

The Opportunity

As Domain Architect, you will own the architectural agenda for the A&I domain. You will challenge strategy where needed, translate business goals into structured capabilities, and ensure execution delivers measurable impact across the customer lifecycle.

This is a driver role, not a coordination role.

• Own and evolve domain architecture for acquisition and interaction

• Translate business strategy into clear architectural roadmaps

• Enable autonomous engineering teams through strong guardrails

• Ensure solutions integrate cleanly with analytics, experimentation, and data platforms

Key Responsibilities

Domain Architecture & Strategy

• Define and evolve architecture supporting acquisition, engagement, and communication

• Translate business goals into structured capabilities and roadmaps

• Ensure domain solutions are scalable, coherent, and sustainable

Business & Customer Impact

• Drive measurable improvements across acquisition, engagement, retention, and communication

• Challenge unnecessary complexity and misaligned solutions

• Ensure strong integration with analytics, experimentation, and DataMesh

Leadership & Collaboration

• Operate independently with minimal supervision

• Set clear architectural context for teams

• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences

• Navigate complex stakeholder environments with authority and diplomacy

Experience & Expertise

Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of acquisition marketing and engagement funnels

• Experience with tracking, attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimisation

• Solid grasp of customer journey orchestration and behavioural analytics

• Exposure to regulated or complex digital environments is a strong plus

Architectural & Technical Strength

• Holistic architectural thinking combined with hands-on pragmatism

• Experience documenting architectures and capabilities (e.g. Ardoq)

• Comfortable with deep analysis, data exploration, and prototype validation
