Koda Staff is partnering exclusively with GAMING1 to hire a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Reliability Operations team.

This role focuses on enablement over operations. Rather than running systems for others, you will build reliability capabilities, golden paths, and self-service tooling that allow Product Engineering teams to fully own the reliability of their applications.

The Opportunity

As a Senior SRE, you will play a key role in evolving reliability practices across the organisation, while mentoring and upskilling the existing Reliability Operations team.

Reliability is treated as a platform product — with usability, adoption, and long-term impact as first-class concerns.

Your Mission

• Design and drive adoption of reliability capabilities at scale

• Embed SRE practices into product delivery workflows

• Reduce incidents and recovery times through systemic improvements

• Act as a technical mentor and force multiplier

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve observability, alerting, and incident management

• Build self-service reliability tooling and golden paths

• Drive adoption of SRE practices across Product Engineering teams

• Lead improvements in incident response and post-incident learning

• Facilitate blameless post-mortems and continuous improvement

• Mentor engineers through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing

Experience & Skills

• 4+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer or Platform Reliability Engineer

• Deep hands-on SRE expertise (observability, alerting, incident response)

• Experience with Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and IaC

• Strong programming or scripting background

• Platform-oriented mindset with a focus on enablement

• Clear communicator who documents for scale

• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
