I joined GAMING1 in June 2025 in a senior advisory capacity. My involvement spans areas such as cybersecurity, GDPR, AI, automation, prioritisation, and the evolution of a scalable IT organisation.
What attracted me to the role was the opportunity to contribute to a Walloon tech gem operating at scale, where technology and regulation intersect.
The gaming sector was not one I had previously worked in but Koda articulated the opportunity to contribute to a leading Walloon technology company. Discussions with both Koda and GAMING1 were transparent and well‑structured which allowed the process to be extremely smooth and efficient.
The onboarding was well organised and highly effective. Both the Koda and GAMING1 teams ensured I had all the right information, tools, and access to key stakeholders and data from the outset. This allowed me to quickly understand the context and priorities and start adding value from day one.
Since joining, I’ve found that support culture has been strong across all levels. There is a willingness to exchange perspectives and external expertise. Teams are ambitious, engaged, open to challenges, pragmatic and focused on outcomes.
