I joined Koda over three years ago, initially specializing in the frontend development and UX/UI space within Belgium. With a strong foundation in understanding both technical needs and creative talent, I’ve since grown into a leadership role where I now head up our Product, Data/AI and Agile Delivery recruitment team.

My focus is on building genuine relationships with both clients and candidates while driving efficient, transparent hiring processes.
