Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction
Remote | 50% travel | Up to $200k base + 20% bonus

We are working with a well-funded data center owner and operator that builds and runs its own facilities, now scaling from a handful of sites to a national portfolio.

They're looking for a Senior Project Manager to help lead that growth.

The role

• Own projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover to Operations.
• Act as the owner's lead with GCs, subcontractors, designers and engineers.
• Drive schedule, budget, change orders and value engineering.
• Work alongside Development, Engineering, Operations and Finance, with real influence over how future builds are delivered.
• Report to the Director of Construction.

What you'll need

• Proven experience delivering data center or mission-critical builds end-to-end.
• A strong technical background across MEP.
• Commissioning experience.
• A background on the GC side or owner/developer side.
• Willingness to travel around 50% of the time.
