Your Role
You’ll support project leadership in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Based in the Miami office with regular site visits, you’ll help ensure smooth communication between field and office teams while gaining hands-on experience across all project phases.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (required)

• 1–4 years of experience in construction project support or management

• Familiarity with commercial projects preferred

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel (or ability to learn quickly)

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the company

• Bilingual (English + Spanish)
