What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction

• Proven success delivering residential & hospitality projects (vertical mid-rise preferred)

• Based in South Florida with strong local building knowledge & relationships

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)

• Skilled in Procore, Bluebeam & Excel

The Day-to-Day
You’ll oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with key stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on-site.
