About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of a multifamily mid-rise project in the Orlando area. You’ll oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring success from start to finish while upholding our commitment to excellence.

You’ll collaborate closely with executives, field leadership, and clients to deliver an exceptional product that reflects our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience, including 5+ years leading multifamily or midrise projects.

• Proven track record managing complex projects in the $30M–$100M range.

• Strong financial acumen, contract administration, and scheduling skills.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Local Central Florida experience strongly preferred.
