I joined Koda in September 2025 to head up our Learning and Development function.

Prior to joining Koda I spent almost 15 years working in recruitment L&D, covering everything from new starter onboarding through to experienced sales programmes and leadership development.

My role is to help ensure that everyone here at Koda Staff has the training, coaching and support they need to achieve their goals.
