I joined Koda in June 2025, bringing several years of recruitment experience across multiple sectors. I began my career in education recruitment before moving into the healthcare sector, where I developed a strong foundation

Now, as Office and Operations Manager, I love being at the heart of Koda’s day-to-day operations and supporting the team wherever I can. I’m naturally organised and enjoy bringing people together, fostering a positive working environment, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I’m excited to continue growing with Koda and to be part of what comes next.
