What you’ll bring

• 3+ years building production web applications
• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools to increase speed and quality
• Strong experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modelling
• Confidence working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
• Clear communication skills and strong product intuition

 

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics, tracking, or conversion optimisation
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, embeddings, or vector search
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability, and modern deployment workflows

Working style

• Four days per week, onsite collaboration with a highly engaged team
