Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and control integrated project schedules for mission critical construction programs. This role partners with project management, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners to ensure schedule accuracy, transparency, and predictability across fast-paced, high-reliability environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain baseline and update schedules (Level 2–4) from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Develop logic ties, activity coding structures, and resource/loading as required; validate critical path and float integrity.
• Collect weekly progress updates, verify percent complete, and produce look-ahead schedules and milestone tracking.
• Perform schedule risk analysis, what-if scenarios, and recovery/mitigation plans; support change management.
• Prepare schedule narratives, dashboards, and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Support procurement and long-lead tracking (equipment, switchgear, generators, UPS, chillers) and integrate vendor schedules.
• Coordinate schedule inputs with cost controls, earned value metrics, and project controls governance.
• Identify schedule impacts, document delays, and support time impact analyses and claims avoidance.
• Ensure scheduling standards, templates, and best practices are followed across multiple workstreams and phases.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of scheduling experience in large-scale construction; mission critical/data center experience strongly preferred.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6; working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel (pivot tables, advanced reporting).
• Demonstrated ability to build CPM schedules from drawings/specs and coordinate with field teams.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, commissioning/start-up, and turnover processes.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and presenting schedule status to executive and client audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail; ability to work on-site in Dallas as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-SP, PSP, or equivalent scheduling certification.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools; familiarity with Procore or other construction platforms.
• Knowledge of contract requirements related to schedule updates, baseline approval, and reporting.
