Senior Project Manager – Data Center Campus Lead
Oklahoma | Full-time | Full time travel rotation supported. No relocation needed.

The opportunity
Our client is a national general contractor delivering one of the largest mission-critical campuses in the region. It is a multi-building hyperscale data center program. You will lead the ground-up team for two buildings, about $1.5B of work, from the start, and you'll be hired ahead of the wider team so that you shape it.

The company is relatively flat and prefers to promote from within. That means you work directly with senior leadership, and there is a clear path to Project Executive.

What you'll own

• Delivery: You are accountable for delivering two ground-up data center buildings on cost, schedule and quality.
• Leadership: You lead a project team of 30–35, partnering as an equal with a senior superintendent who owns the field.
• Client relationship: You own the client relationship and are the trusted point of contact on your buildings.

What you bring

• Background: Experience leading large, complex projects as a senior PM at a general contractor. This is required.
• Scale: You have managed large budgets and large, multi-layered teams.
• Leadership style: You are a confident, charismatic builder who leads from the front and communicates clearly with clients and teams.
• Data center or mission-critical experience: Strongly preferred. Exceptional builders from other complex sectors will be considered.

The package

• Base salary: Competitive, with flexibility for the right leader.
• Per diem: About $3,000–3,500 a month for non-local hires.
• Vehicle + fuel card will be provided
• Stock: An employee stock purchase program with a company match and dividends.
• Benefits: Strong medical, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, and legal.
