The opportunity
Our client is a national general contractor delivering a four-building hyperscale data center campus in Oklahoma. You will own mechanical delivery across the first two buildings, which are a fast-moving fit-out phase. You'll join an established team lead and help set the standard for the rest of the program.

What you'll own

• Mechanical delivery: You are accountable for mechanical scope across two data center buildings, from procurement through installation and handover to commissioning.
• Trade partners: You manage mechanical subcontractors on cost, schedule, quality and coordination.
• Coordination: You coordinate mechanical scope with electrical, structural and fit-out work in a high-density mission-critical environment.
• Reporting: You keep the team lead and the client clearly informed on progress, risks and changes.

What you bring

• Background: Experience as a senior mechanical PM on large, complex projects. We welcome both GC and mechanical contractor backgrounds.
• Technical depth: You have a strong technical understanding of mechanical systems. Data center cooling experience is a significant advantage.
• Approach: You are an organized, hands-on communicator who can manage trade partners and keep a fast-moving project on track.
