About the company
Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up in the marketing attribution and revenue analytics space. They help B2B marketing and revenue teams understand which channels, campaigns and activities actually drive pipeline and revenue by unifying data from a range of tools (CRM, marketing automation, ad platforms and more) into a single, trusted data model. The company is well funded, scaling quickly and investing heavily in their product and engineering organisation in Copenhagen.

The role
As an Analytics / Data Engineer, you will own the data side of a small, cross-functional product team. You will be responsible for building and evolving the core product data pipelines, modelling and transforming data from multiple SaaS and advertising platforms into analytics-ready datasets that power both customer-facing reporting and internal decision-making. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and close collaboration with software engineers and product managers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain robust data pipelines from external SaaS tools and APIs (e.g. CRM, marketing automation and ad platforms) into the central data platform.

  • Model and transform raw event and business data into clean, well-documented tables that can be easily used by the product, customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Work closely with engineering and product to translate business requirements into data models, metrics and product features.

  • Monitor data pipeline performance and data quality, proactively identifying and resolving issues and improving reliability.

  • Contribute to internal data tooling, standards and best practices around testing, documentation, observability and data governance.

Profile / Requirements

  • Approximately 4–7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or software engineering working with production data pipelines (candidates slightly above or below this range are also encouraged to apply).

  • Strong SQL skills and solid experience with data modelling and building analytics-ready datasets.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS or Azure) and modern ELT / ETL tooling.

  • Experience working with APIs/SDKs from SaaS tools such as CRM, marketing automation or advertising platforms is a strong plus.

  • Comfortable working end-to-end, from integrating new data sources to designing transformations and supporting users of the data.

  • Motivated to work primarily on-site in a collaborative, product-focused environment.

What’s on offer

  • Competitive salary package with equity.

  • Private health insurance, pension and free lunch.

  • Central Copenhagen office with a great view and a relaxed, pet-friendly atmosphere.

  • An inclusive, supportive team culture with a strong focus on autonomy, learning and continuous improvement.
