I joined Koda in June 2025 as a Contracts Compliance Officer, bringing with me six years of experience in the recruitment industry across multiple sectors. I began my career in education recruitment before moving into the healthcare sector, where I developed a strong foundation in contractor onboarding and compliance processes.

 

 

Now as part of the Compliance Team at Koda, I’m focused on expanding my knowledge in the tech recruitment space and supporting our contractors by ensuring smooth, compliant onboarding experiences. I’m passionate about building reliable processes that support both our clients and candidates, and I’m excited to grow with the business as it continues to evolve.
