We are representing a leading ENR-ranked general contractor seeking a Project Manager to support a long-term hyperscale data center program in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The successful candidate will join a multi-billion-dollar mission critical program with exposure from preconstruction through delivery, working alongside highly experienced operational and project leadership teams across multiple campuses in DFW.

The Opportunity

This role will play a key part in leading project execution across cost, schedule, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overall project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and leading day-to-day project management activities across large-scale construction projects
• Managing project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial performance
• Coordinating project schedules, milestones, procurement, and overall execution strategy
• Working closely with field operations, subcontractors, design teams, and client stakeholders
• Identifying project risks and proactively driving solutions to maintain project performance
• Supporting change management, reporting, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Contributing to successful delivery of technically complex projects from preconstruction through closeout

Ideal Background

We are interested in candidates with approximately 5–10 years of construction experience who are looking to establish themselves long term within a high-performing organization.

Previous data center experience is beneficial but not essential.

Strong consideration will be given to individuals with:

• Project management backgrounds within commercial construction environments
• Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, infrastructure, or complex construction projects
• Exposure to project financial management, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• A proactive, team-oriented mentality
• Strong tenure and demonstrated career progression
• A long-term mindset with genuine interest in growth and leadership development

MEP or electrical project exposure would also be viewed positively.
