Koda Staff is working exclusively with GAMING1 to hire an AI Enablement & Coach to support the organisation’s accelerating AI adoption journey.
This role sits at the heart of a broader transformation initiative focused on building a truly AI-literate organisation — one where employees across every department can confidently and responsibly integrate AI tools into their day-to-day work.
This is not a pure training role. It is a high-impact enablement position focused on driving measurable behavioural change, improving productivity, and helping teams unlock practical business value through AI.
The Opportunity
As AI Enablement & Coach, you will work across the organisation — from Operations and Marketing through to Technology and Customer Support — helping employees adopt AI tools with confidence and effectiveness.
You will act as an internal AI champion, translating broad AI awareness into practical, real-world usage tailored to individual workflows and business needs.
This role combines coaching, facilitation, enablement, and transformation in a highly people-centric environment.
Your Mission
- Help employees integrate AI tools into their daily workflows
- Drive measurable AI adoption and productivity improvements across teams
- Create practical, hands-on learning experiences around AI usage
- Identify high-impact use cases that generate tangible business value
- Support the development of a responsible and AI-literate culture
Key Responsibilities
AI Coaching & Enablement
- Deliver tailored 1-on-1 coaching sessions aligned to individual roles and workflows
- Help employees apply AI tools directly to real business tasks
- Support teams in building confidence and capability with AI-assisted work
Workshops & Training
- Design and facilitate practical workshops focused on approved AI tooling
- Teach advanced prompting techniques and responsible AI usage
- Create engaging learning experiences that encourage experimentation and adoption
AI Adoption & Transformation
- Identify and document high-impact AI use cases across departments
- Help teams move from generic experimentation to measurable operational impact
- Act as a trusted internal advisor on AI productivity and workflow optimisation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders across business and technical functions
- Support broader AI transformation initiatives within the organisation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI enablement practices and frameworks
Experience & Skills
Core Background
- Experience in enablement, coaching, training, transformation, or AI adoption initiatives
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a practical and accessible way
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
AI & Productivity Mindset
- Strong interest in AI productivity tooling and workflow optimisation
- Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI platforms
- Curiosity around prompting techniques and AI-assisted ways of working
- Practical, business-oriented approach to AI adoption
Ways of Working

- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and French
